Your HSU Bargaining Committee have met with Harbison management to kick off negotiations for your new enterprise agreement.

Now it’s time for HSU members to set our priorities for the new agreement, by finalising our log of claims.

All HSU members are invited to an important meeting next Tuesday 4 April at 4:30pm, to discuss the top priorities for this negotiation.

So far, HSU members are calling for decent pay increases, fairer access to sick and personal leave, and improvements to allowances to make the agreement fairer. At Tuesday’s meeting we will discuss what you want to see in the agreement and agree on the claims that we’ll present to management.

This will also be a chance to meet the bargaining team and ask any questions about the process.
