As a casual employee you are continually working in a permanent rostered shift other than for leave or workers compensation. After 26 weeks of continuous employment you are to be given the opportunity to become a permanent employee in accordance with the agreement provisions where a vacancy exists. Your employer shall not deliberately break the 26 weeks to avoid their obligations.
