HealthShare is proposing changes to Food Services in Casino and Kyogle. The proposal involves:

• Merging the Food Services (FS) Supervisor at Casino with the FS Supervisor at Kyogle, to create 1 FTE with the leadership scope of both sites, resulting in the deletion of 1 FTE.
• Upgrading the remaining 1 FTE (Kyogle) to General Administrative Staff (GAS) Grade 7.
• Increasing the staff establishment at Kyogle Food Services by 0.83 FTE to cater for increased operational duties of Hospital Assistant Grade 2.
• Increasing the staff establishment at Casino Food Services by 0.47 FTE to cater for increased operational duties of Hospital Assistant Grade 3.
• Directly appointing the current incumbent of the Kyogle Supervisor role.
