Through the collective action of members across HNELHD, the HSU has won significant back pay and minimum payments of the infectious cleaning allowance for Operations Assistants going forward.

The backpay process is well underway and should be finalised soon. There is currently a hold-up with HealthShare NSW, but this is being resolved.
