How do you feel about HealtheCare's first wages proposal?

HealtheCare has now tabled their initial offer for wage increases:

  • 2.5% increase from July 2024 and
  • 2.5% increase from July 2025 and
  • 2.5% increase from July 2026 and
  • 2.5% increase from July 2027.

HealtheCare has also given some positive responses regarding possible improvements to parental leave, as well as family & domestic violence leave entitlements.

However, your bargaining team – made up of HSU members just like you – needs to hear from you. What sort of response should we put to HealtheCare’s representatives when it comes to their wages offer? What are your thoughts on improving leave at HealtheCare?
