Laverty Annual Wage Increases

As of 1 July 2021, you are entitled to a 3% increase in your wage rate. We won this annual increase during the enterprise agreement negotiations that took place in 2019, and we won it thanks to your involvement as union members and delegates. In order to continue securing better wages and conditions, we’ll need your active participation in the HSU leading into negotiations next year.

We also want to ensure that your current wage increase has been properly applied. Please consult the chart at this link (from Appendix A of your enterprise agreement) for the wage amounts per year, job classification, and grade.

Your employer has an obligation to implement your wage increase from the first full pay period after 1 July 2021. If you suspect your wage increase has not been implemented, please contact us by email at [E-Mail not displayed] with the subject line Laverty wage increase. Please also specify your classification and grade in the contents of your email.
