The vote on the new pay offer from North Coast Radiology Group closed today.
HSU members voted overwhelmingly in favour of accepting an in-principle agreement, outlined below:
4% backpay to 1 July 2022
4% from 1 July 2023
From 1 July 2024 – A minimum of 3% or CPI up to 5%, whichever is higher
From 1 July 2025 – A minimum of 3% or CPI up to 5%, whichever is higher
The Fair Work Commission has been notified that members have accepted the in-principle agreement. The notices to commence protected industrial action from Monday 18 September have now been revoked.
Union members still have the right to take further action if the drafting of the enterprise agreement doesn’t reflect what they have agreed to.
The hearing that was scheduled for 4pm today has now been discontinued.
