NNSWLHD CAMHS Update

For a considerable time, HSU members have been involved in discussions around NNSWLHD’s proposal to create a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

During the process, your Union has advocated for a number of actions to be undertaken. Earlier this week, the HSU placed the process into dispute because delegates had requested a number of documents that had not been provided.

The HSU has now received the requested draft documents, which you can view at the links below.

Members are encouraged to read the documents and to provide feedback via email [E-Mail not displayed] by 15 December.  All feedback will be collated and a response provided to the disputes committee meeting when it is convened.

Know someone who isn’t an HSU member? Tell them to join today and have a say! New members can join at www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679

In unity,

Gerard Hayes
