NNSWLHD Community & Allied Health: Proposed Administration Structure

  • Published May 1, 2023

HSU members have raised concerns about the NNSWLHD Community & Allied Health Restructure.

The concerns are related to:

  • The limited operational and professional support available to Administration Officers.
  • Increase in workload, understaffing, and unfilled vacancies.
  • A lack of clarity on the functions and responsibilities of Administration Officers following the implementation of the restructure.

As a result of HSU members’ feedback and advocacy, the LHD has now provided a proposed Administration Management structure.
