Northern Sydney Local Health District is proposing to relocate the following services to the Palmerston Centre following the refurbishment of the Palmerston Building at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital (HKH):

• Wahroonga Rehabilitation Services, relocating from Wahroonga House in the Park;
• Specialist Rehabilitation Services, relocating from Wahroonga House in the Park.

NSLHD has advised they expect the refurbishment to be completed by March 2024 and seeks to co-locate various services within the Mental Health Drug and Alcohol (MHDA) department.
