Banking of up to 10 ADOs
Rosters will provide for a full-time and a part-time employee to have a minimum of 10 hours break between rostered shifts, which may be reduced to 8 hours if the employee elects.
Paid time for remote work if on-call
Increase of excess leave to 8 weeks
Year 1 - 2.5%
Year 2 - 3.25%
Year 3 - 3%
Total - 8.75%
Considering the proposed wages offer from Ramsay Healthcare, your union cannot recommend members vote Yes for this agreement. Wages are a vital part of addressing the rising cost of living and in real terms, this is a wage cut for Ramsay workers.
Ramsay has now issued a notification about voting on this agreement. Voting will open at 12:00am Wednesday 13 December and will close at 11:59pm on Monday 18 December.
