Rostering Changes at NSWHP Blood Collections Kogarah

The HSU has received correspondence from NSW Health Pathology about proposed roster changes at NSWHP Blood Collections Kogarah.

NSWHP is proposing to introduce an 8:00am shift and requiring that all staff, both full-time and part-time to participate in this additional roster line on a rotating basis. This change will affect both shift workers and non-shift workers. Management say this is because of an increase in the volume of requests for blood collections later in the day.
