SESLHD: Prince of Wales Virtual Health Hub

SESLHD has announced that Prince of Wales Hospital has been selected as the host site for the SESLHD Virtual Health Hub.
A new program has been proposed to accompany this announcement, called Community Connection and Virtual Health (CCVH). You can view the documents relating to this proposal below:
