Part time workers overtime underpayment

Southern IML has today sent payroll reports for all affected staff members to the HSU. The HSU will review the documents provided to us and provide an update to affected members as soon as possible.

The award rate for workers at Southern IML has increased effective 1 July 2021. The new minimum pay rates for support services employees (Collectors/Rovers/Couriers/Lab Aides, etc.) can be viewed here:

Safety during COVID

The current COVID situation will likely result in Southern IML extending the opening hours and/or reopening additional COVID tents. HSU members have raised serious safety concerns regarding these facilities in the past. If you have concerns about your safety, contact the Union immediately.
