St Basil’s: HSU members call for better pay – but management stay silent

Dear Member,

Over the past week, HSU members across St Basil’s sites have been calling for a better pay offer. Members have stood strong, and together we are now signing a company-wide petition to management calling for a 4 per cent pay increase each year.

Members are also calling for St Basils management to return to the negotiation table and continue bargaining. However, we’ve heard nothing but silence from management, following the strong ‘No’ vote by HSU members to the last wage offer.

It’s time for everyone to get active, stand united and sign the petition calling for a better pay offer! All HSU members are encouraged to sign the petition by this Friday, 3 November.

If you have any questions or need extra copies of the petition, please contact your local organiser:

Do you know someone who isn’t an HSU member? Encourage them to join our Union today and have a say at work. We are always stronger when we stand together.
