Recently the Fair Work Commission approved your new St Vincent’s Care Services NSW Enterprise Agreement. This means that your new agreement is now in operation and is enforceable by the HSU for all HSU members.
The Commission approved the agreement after St Vincent’s Care was required to make additional commitments to ensure the agreement met the legal requirements for approval, including:
Increased pay rates for CSE Grade 2 – Level II;
Night shift penalties now applicable for shifts commencing from 4pm.

Your next pay increase?
Your agreement includes a 2.25% pay increase from the first pay period after 1 July 2021. All HSU members should check their pay in July and make sure that you have received this increase.
