St Vincent’s Care Services will be asking all staff to vote on a new enterprise agreement. Your enterprise agreement contains your wages and conditions so it’s important that you know how the agreement will affect you and that you get a say in the vote.
It’s up to you to decide if this agreement is good enough.
The enterprise agreement will only be accepted if a majority of people who cast a vote, vote ‘yes’.
SVCS has agreed to important changes in your enterprise agreement, including:
Wages: 4 per cent increase in 2023 to 1 July 2023, 3 per cent increases in 2024, 3 percent increases in 2025.
Rosters to be displayed four weeks in advance for a 14-day roster cycle in Residential Care.

Better Overtime rates for CSE’s
Voting will open on Tuesday, 12 December and close Sunday, 17 December.
Before voting opens, SVCS must provide a copy of the agreement with details on all the proposed changes. Please review this information carefully and if you have any questions, get in contact with your local HSU delegate or organiser.
