Following our recent survey of HSU members, we have finalised our union claims for your new Fresh Hope enterprise agreement.
HSU members at Fresh Hope are calling for increases to wages, improvements to key working conditions and no reduction in our current entitlements.
Your claims call on management to:
Offer a fair annual pay increases that rewards the hard work that you do;
Guarantee that all staff will have access to reasonable quantities of uniforms that are of decent quality and fit for purpose;
Offer improved conditions, such as improvements to parental leave;
Introduce a medication allowance, to compensate employees for the responsibility of assisting residents with medication;
Ensure that pay rates for working weekends and overtime are clear and fair.
