Walk In My Shoes: Dignity and Respect campaign launch at JHH

All health workers do vital work. The health system can’t run without everyone doing their part. But bullying or unkindness can make us feel like we don't matter.

Dignity and respect is more than just a nice phrase - it’s something we all deserve.

That's why the HSU is launching the Walk In My Shoes campaign, which will highlight how important every single health worker is. No matter how junior or senior an employee is, we should all receive respect.

Please join us for a BBQ lunch at John Hunter Hospital next Tuesday 2 August to launch the campaign. Members will be advised of the time and venue via SMS.

If you know someone who isn’t an HSU member, tell them to come along and hear about what the union is doing. It takes all of us to stand up for a fair workplace – new members can join online at www.hsu.asn.au/join or call 1300 478 679.
