It’s hard to believe we are almost at the end of January already, which means the opening of the Clinical Acute Services Building (CASB) is fast approaching.
You will have received a newsletter earlier last week outlining some of the concerns we still hold around the new building, particularly the training and orientation of new staff prior to the 17th of February.
We will be holding a members’ meeting this Thursday 28th January to provide an update on the CASB, but also to discuss your rights in the event the new building opens without the promised additional staff having been employed, trained and orientated.
You can find a flyer with the details at this link, and members will also receive an SMS with the zoom link if you are unable to attend in person.
This is an important meeting and all members are encouraged to attend. However, if you are unable to attend, or the nominated times aren’t suitable for you, please contact your Organiser via email firstname.lastname@example.org or 0425 181 361 with any questions or concerns you may have.
