Last month, ADHSU members under the Operational Ambulance Managers Award voted to accept the 4% pay offer from the Government.

However, there are still question marks regarding the operation of clauses in the Award, namely the ‘Reasonable Hours’ clause that NSW Ambulance don’t seem to have any regard for.

At 0800 hours on Thursday 19 October, ADHSU members under the Operational Ambulance Managers Award are holding a meeting to discuss the way forward with the 4% pay offer, what to do with the ‘Reasonable Hours’ clause, and the recommendation of the Commission to confer regarding expected usual hours of work, payment for hours worked in advance of usual hours, and on call arrangements.
