Blue Care has announced the ballot results for the BlueCare Care and Support Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023 held between Thursday 22 June 2023 and Friday 30 June 2023.
The results of the ballot are as follows:
63% of eligible employees voted;
96% of those employees voted YES; and
4% of those employees voted NO.
What are the next steps?
BlueCare will have 14 days to submit the Agreement with the relevant forms to the Fair Work Commission to seek formal approval. The Fair Work Commission can take between 4-6 weeks to review and approve the Agreement before BlueCare can implement the new conditions members voted YES to.
The HSU will continue to be part of the approval process with the Fair Work Commission and will provide members with updates as we progress through this process.
