CCLHD Mental Health update

  • Published June 20, 2022

Last year, the HSU called for CCLHD Mental Health management to set up regular consultative meetings. After ongoing advocacy, CCLHD management have now agreed to this request. This is huge step forward for members in Mental Health and will assist members in raising concerns directly with the CCLHD Executive.

We’re currently in the process of finalising dates with CCLHD for the first meeting. We are now looking for members to take part in this meeting to help us in articulating any shared issues and concerns.

The importance of having members involved in this process cannot be stressed enough. These are your worksites, your patients, and your colleagues. Your first-hand experience working in CCLHD Mental Health is crucial to improving your working conditions and achieving the best outcomes.

If you would like to be involved and help represent the collective, please send an expression of your interest to take part in the meeting to your organiser Matt Ramsay at [E-Mail not displayed] by COB Thursday 23 June 2022.
