Greenhills Closure

This week, UPA management announced the closure of Greenhills due to the impact of recent flooding at the property. Despite the clear need to vacate the site, I know that this still is a hard time for staff and residents.

Your HSU Organiser Kirk Rostock has contacted management about future employment options. Management advised they will offer redeployment opportunities in community care to some staff; however, given there are limited redeployment options, the closure will mean redundancies.

To assist, here are your redundancy entitlements as per your agreement.
