HealthShare PTS is proposing a restructure of the current management structure.
The proposal affects the Booking Hub and the Operations team, deleting 42 positions and replacing them with 37 new positions. These are significant changes that may have significant implications for your employment.

The restructure is currently in consultation. It’s important that members provide their feedback and hold HealthShare PTS to their obligation to genuinely consider members’ feedback during consultation. The Union wants to consolidate member feedback to further identify common points of contention and submit a united position on the proposal.
