HSU members at IBIS Care Miranda have informed the HSU, they have been completing mandatory E-learning modules in their own time without being paid.
Clause 35 of the IBIS Care Enterprise Agreement, linked here, provides for you to be paid to attend mandatory training.
The HSU intends to recover unpaid wages for members who have completed mandatory training in their own time. If you have completed mandatory training and have not been paid, please get in contact with your local HSU organiser, Renee Sheridan via [E-Mail not displayed] to discuss.
You should not have to give up your own time to complete mandatory training, your time is valuable!
If you know a workmate who is not yet a member of the HSU, encourage them to join now. Claims will only be submitted for Union members.
