New Aged Care Act – make sure you have your say!

Dear member,

It's been three years since the Aged Care Royal Commission handed down its final report, which recommended major changes to better support workers in the delivery of quality care to residents.

One of the key recommendations was the overhaul of the laws that govern aged care. As a result, the Federal Government is finally building a new Aged Care Act.

These laws will impact how you work and it’s essential that aged care workers have a voice in these changes.

Have things changed since the Royal Commission? Are there still things that need fixing?

Have your say by filling in this Aged Care Act Survey today.

Your thoughts will help shape our Union’s response and make sure the new laws focus on what older people need most for better care and support.
