Northcott agrees to pass on your 2% increase before Christmas!

After a long year and what has been a long bargaining period, Northcott has conceded to your HSU Bargaining team's request to pass on a 2% pay increase this year, regardless of when your new EA is finalised.

This means all staff – including Support Workers who are currently covered under the expired Northcott Enterprise Agreement – will see their pay go up by 2% in the next pay period. 

With this one exception, the proposed agreement remains as it was at last bargaining update, which you can read here

With your new Agreement likely to reach the Access & Ballot period either in the next few weeks or early next year, it’s vital that we’re well prepared.
