Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) have advised the HSU about a proposed realignment of the Northern Beaches Community Mental Health Service.

NSLD propose to realign the current three Adult Care Coordination Service teams within Northern Beaches Community Mental Health Service (NBCMHS) into one service, which will “promote a single model of care that is an integrated multidisciplinary team providing enhanced care”.
