Update on Lifehouse Enterprise Bargaining Agreements

Lifehouse Health Professionals and Support Services Agreement 2019

Members have claimed 6% or CPI + 3% whichever is higher, as a wage increase.

Management has responded with the following offer:

  • 3% from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2022;
  • 3% from the first full pay period on or after 1 September 2023; and
  • 2% from the first full pay period on or after 1 September 2024

The Agreement will expire on 31 August 2025.

We are concerned that this offer will leave HSU members out of pocket, due to unprecedented increases to the costs of living along with the effects of inflation. The other claims are yet to be discussed and reviewed as part of the drafting process. Updates will follow.

Lifehouse Medical Physicists Agreement 2019

Your bargaining representatives should be conducting discussions with you today regarding Lifehouse’s response to the Log of Claims.

Your delegates will provide the bargaining officer with an update on the responses from members.

The next bargaining round is to occur Wednesday, 15 June 2022.

Lifehouse Medical Radiation Scientists Agreement 2019

We anticipate that Interest-Based Bargaining training provided by the Fair Work Commission will occur at the end of this month, June 2022.
