Major Workplace Change at Port Stephen's Veterans and Citizens Aged Care

Port Stephen's Veterans and Citizens Aged Care have advised that management are reviewing rosters for staff working in the Care Team and on-call arrangements in the Maintenance Unit. The Care Team review involved looking in the current roster start and finish times as well as reviewing “workflow management”. Management have also outlined a possible change to include all maintenance staff in the on-call roster.
